Overview

azzur is a leadership and organisational development consultancy that is focused on helping individuals and teams to discover who they are, release their inner power and full range of talents, take on the true responsibilities of leadership and inspire everyone to fulfil their potential.

We work with organisations to help them develop their vision and strategy for achieving exceptional results through, and with, their people. Our emphasis is in working not only with individuals and groups of employees within the organisation, but also key external stakeholders. Our programmes are delivered through conventional and unconventional leadership and organisational development tools. Our approach is founded on a powerful blend of mental, physical, emotional and spiritual components.
